Accommodation and student welfare

Accommodation

We provide an accommodation service for our students. You can choose to live with an English family, in a hostel, or in a hotel.

We are happy to recommend the type of accommodation that meets your needs and budget and make all reservations as required (see our Accommodations Details)

Welfare

We will help you with any problems that arise during your stay in London, and advise you on matters relating to your visa and immigration requirements.

We are multi-lingual, and our staff are chosen for their skills, experience and ability to deal with people from all over the world.

Airport transfer

We will arrange for you to be met at any of the London airports or mainline stations and ensure that you arrive at your chosen destination safely.

When you book our pick-up service, our driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area of the terminal carrying a sign with your name on.

Return transfers from accommodation to airport/station are also available.

See our pricing page for transfer costs.

Immigration requirements

Students who require a visa to enter the UK must attend a course of at least 15 hours instruction per week. European Economic Community (EEC) nationals do not require a visa to enter and study in the UK.

After receiving payment of all requested fees, the School sends the student a Certificate of Enrolment.

The certificate contains:

  • start and finish course dates
  • type of course chosen by the student
  • the amount paid to the School as of the document date

Social programme

We arrange a variety of social, cultural and sporting entertainments to complement your course of studies.

Lords Cricket Ground

Join us for a great day out at the races; or accompany our resident experts for a cricketing treat at Lords; or indulge in a feast of wine-tasting with our own top-notch connoisseur.

Pony trekking in Wales

Longer outings include a break by the sea in Bournemouth, and a weekend pony-trekking in Wales.
